  1. 16 Days of Activism – Stop Violence Against Women and Girls

    16days

In the lead up to Human Rights Day on 10th December, the United Nations launched the 16 Days of Activism campaign to end violence against women and girls.

The theme this year is ‘orange the world’.  Campaigners have been sharing photos, messages and videos at facebook.com/SayNO.UNiTE and twitter.com/SayNO_UNiTE using #orangetheworld.

1 in 3 women around the world have experience sexual or physical violence. We need to keep shouting, and keep campaigning to protect the rights of women and girls.
