Taste of Recovery & MindBody (online support)

Taste of Recovery
Taste of Recovery is an online tool created by a survivor, for survivors of sexual violence & abuse. Partners, parents & friends of survivors have told us that they have found the tool useful too.
This programme provides you with information, tools & techniques to help you avoid self-blame, feel more in control & create empowering rituals for yourself. There are videos & workbooks exploring common trauma responses; strategies for helping yourself during times of needs (i.e during flashbacks & anxiety attacks) & ideas for building resilience. The modules will help you explore self-compassion for what you’ve been subjected to.
If you are an RSVP client who are waiting for/accessing our services, you have free access to Taste of Recovery (please see below).
MindBody
The Mindbody programme compliments Taste of Recovery & is also free for RSVP clients. It explores five grounding practices (grounding, breathing, sleep, mindfulness & music), with each ten-minute lesson available as a video, audio or transcript, with an accompanying worksheet for each.

All resources are immediately available to you & available to you when you need them. Although modules are weekly, you can complete them at your own pace & take breaks when you need to.
