Coronavirus & COVID-19
Due to the growing concerns around the Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic, RSVP have made changes to the way we will be working, to protect you, to protect our team, and to play our part in reducing the spread of infection.
The following measures are in place to help protect everyone, whilst continuing to offer support in the best way we can in the given circumstances.
Starting Wednesday 18th March, all scheduled face to face sessions will move to phone support. Our main office and outreach sites will not be open.
We know this will be disappointing news for many of you. We encourage you to take up our offer of telephone support, we’re still here for you.
If you’re unable to accept a phone call from us (for example, if you don’t have a personal phone) , please email firstname.lastname@example.org (for counselling and wellbeing appointments) or email@example.com (for ISVA/advocacy appointments).
At the moment social groups, coffee mornings and Arts with Hearts are cancelled. We may look at re-establishing this service virtually in the near future. Group facilitators will be in touch to offer wellbeing check-ins by phone.
Unfortunately we don’t know how long these changes will be in place. We will be assessing the situation daily.
Thanks for your patience and cooperation. Sending care and compassion in these uncertain times.
The RSVP team.
