Monthly coffee mornings

Why don’t you join us for a cup of coffee at one of our coffee mornings?  It’s a great way to meet people, make new friends and learn some useful coping strategies. Each coffee morning explores an issue you might face, such as depression, difficulty sleeping, or comfort eating. You will be shown positive ways for coping with these, all in a friendly and safe environment.

We meet once a month on a Thursday morning. Please get in touch with us for more details.
