Online Training Sessions

Sessions are non-refundable within 7 days of the training date and in the event of non-attendance. We will endeavour to you onto a later session, but this is not a guarantee and depends on the availability of other sessions.

Cancellation Policy - Training can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to the training date. If it is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to the training the following charges apply: - Less than 7 days before the sessions is 100% of the fee. We will endeavour to rearrange training sessions should there be circumstances beyond your control, but this will depend on the availability of spaces on the training sessions. Training that has been rearranged will require full payment and is exempt from the above timescales of cancellation fees. Should the training be cancelled by RSVP due to circumstances beyond our control there will be no charge.
