Services

Counselling

Counselling is available to you, your partner, family, and friends. Our free confidential counselling service is open seven days a week, we offer day, evening and weekend appointments.

Our trained counsellors listen with empathy and sensitivity. They don’t judge or give advice; their aim is to explore feelings and to support you in the decisions you make. Your voice will be heard.

You can tell us what you want from counselling, the days and times that would suit you best and which gender of counsellor you would like to work with.  Our counselling service is available to people of all genders from 18 in the Birmingham and Solihull areas, and there are a number of locations you can choose from.  Supporters to survivors can also access counselling.

If you are under 18 and in need of emotional support, please contact our specialist children and young people’s team.

Please get in touch with us for more details.
